restricted to Service_Offer_31 - slow broadband

Hi,
My broadband is very slow.  Download speed 84kbps, upload 96kbps for the last three weeks- I'm losing slowly the will to live  Sad .
According to my ticket it is because I'm being restricted to Service Offer-31 but have not gone over usage this month.
Has anyone experienced thesame problem?
What does that mean? And how long did it take to sort it out?
Please, help!

have you rang plusnet to ask why you are being restricted?
The support ticket system in my experience is not the fastest way to get to the bottom of things.

I rang them first , the message appeared later.
They told me, they need engineer to sort it out and sent the ticket  to traffic management.
First my phone line went dead, engineers were called at the exchange, sorted out my phone, but since then the broadband is slow.

I've pulled the Tommo card.  He's having a look right now.

they tried changing it  yesterday to the one, I'm not banded automatically once I'm over limit but it did not work.

what can i say.. had my dinner.. came back to the computer and everything works sooo fast!

Should do.  We aren't sure why you weren't unrestricted properly.  Something odd happened there :/
Yell if it happens again though, there might be something broken we haven't spotted.

Yeah.  Might be some fall out from the SLE DB failure in December we haven't spotted.
