From what I remember:
Choose the nic for the red & green. THEN choose the type of connection on the red nic - pppoe in this case.

Yes I do believe you are right, I think I need to ssh in a reset up the connection type for the red interface. Not much documentation on this and no way to do it in the web interface!

Yes, have to run setup from terminal, change the red interface to PPPoE from DHCP
