recetley upgraded but no extra speed

I'm sorry that you've not seen a difference in speed since upgrading to fibre.
I've tested your line and the test has picked up an external line fault. I've raised this to our suppliers and their estimated response time is by midnight on the 28th of November. As it's an external fault, this is only an estimate and our suppliers will investigate this sooner if they're able to. Our faults team will be in touch once we've received an update on this from our suppliers.
