rapidshare.com wont load via PC but its via WAP?

Dont understand it......cant seem to load www.rapidshare.com but can load www.rapidshare.de........i presumed the servers were down but tested it via WAP on my mobile and it loads fine......just seems i can access it via any of my Pc's/mac
is there a problem with PN?
