Trying to get a simle reply to a question from plusnet using the so called help assistant. Just going round in circles. How the heck do I just raise a ticket on line?

try http://faults.plus.net Will require login. Takes you through a series of questions and then raises a fault ticket if answers don't resolve issue
edit: of course that's only to raise a fault. If you want to ask another question go the your member centre (requires login), click on the Help Assistant and then on any of the topics relevant to your query. At some point (depending on question) you will get the opportunity to enter some text details. This raises a ticket which you can view in your member centre

Thanks for that, thought I was going mad!! Seems a crazy system though.

Let us know if you hit any difficulties, the help assistant should either direct you to help pages if those are able to answer your question, otherwise it should allow you to raise a ticket straight to us.
