The line speed on our side was blank, this was incorrectly restricting down to 8Mb. James tweaked this but for some reason it didn't push through correctly so I fixed that and then made sure they were on the 77400 profile for their line.

another thumb up from plusnet, they done the great job for you, but hey jackpr, you are lucky to have a brill fttc as I am still on ADSL2+ Sad probably for the next 5 years! But glad for you.
