"no realm is configured in the install diary"

I was told via email that my broadband has now been activated. However, despite being able to connect to the router's network, I do not have internet access. I went to my plusnet account to find that I had received this message.
"This customer's account has been activated however no realm is configured in the install diary. Please check which vISP customer is registered to and add the relevant realm in the install diary using the 'Configure Realm' button. Failure to do this can impact the customers management profile."
I do not know what on earth this means.
1. Can someone explain to me why I am not getting internet service? I understand that I am being charged from this day and I find that this is entirely unfair as I am still without service.
2. What does the above quoted message mean?
3. How do I get internet service as soon as possible?

Not sure why it happened, but I've just fixed it for you. Your post has most likely been swamped by all the noise about the service outage this morning.
