I've had an ongoing loss of connection to the internet since early December happening every five to ten days. I found the only thing which reconnects me is called a " port flex" which I now ask PN to do when I call them. The fault gets referred to their faults team but when they look at the connection they say it's working and stable so I end up going round in circles until the next time I lose connection. Has anyone an idea what the port flex is and how to go about getting this fixed permanently?
