"IPv6 disabled for this Internet service."

Following difficulties with "DNS not responding" for weeks, I got a replacement router (another Technicolor TG582N) and set it up. I noticed while playing around after logging in to the router that when I checked internet connectivity there was a red cross and the message "IPv6 disabled for this Internet service.".
What does this mean? I didn't see this when I performed the same operation on the previous router.

IPv6 is the next version of Internet addressing, the world is running out of current version of addresses and v6 is the replacement. Unfortunately rollout is excruciatingly slow and most ISPs aren't using it yet. It's nothing to worry about, it will eventually be used in the future!

No problem! Cheesy you're probably just noticing it as you'll have a newer firmware on your router. Bit of future proof isn't always bad!
