"Checking your Line" status

My broadband is due to be activated a few days ago but it seems like it's still stuck on "checking your line" status. It has been almost a week. I would have thought it should have processed further than this? Could someone please check this for me?

Hi kirslo,
If you restart your router, you should now be able to connect. Sorry for the delay with that.
