ptw-ag03 or Inverness NSIMD tonight 19th

Been having issues watching on demand streams tonight and just checked my TBB and it shows some loss with a big spike at around 11.40pm.  Only other graph that has the same is Jaggies a Fibre customer I know also lives in Inverness on the same exchange NSIMD.

Yeah, I see that. I was out at the time so wasn't directly affected by it. I didn't lose connection or synch at that time, according to my router logs.

Looks like both of us had a forced PPP drop at 2am, now on pcl-bng04, so unannounced BT work?

It's a new SVLAN for NSIMD being utilised and users being moved around. Hopefully this resolves the congestion issue in the area that's been going on since Jan.

@AndyH - thanks for the info - I knew something was on the cards from previous postings. I also spotted 01463 on the Zen Internet status page, https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/maintenance-outage-details.aspx?reference=249255 for PEW for software and hardware upgrades, although the list of area codes is a lot longer than the exchanges named. The SVLAN issue appears to be on course for next week - https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/maintenance-outage-details.aspx?reference=250704.
