Hi Chris,
Could you get my BTW IP Profile raised again please... It was on 77.44 Mbps but I had to change modem cable to a shorter one and I obviously didnt wait long enough so it has been reduced to 67.17 Mbps which I am maxing out when its not peak times.. Prior to changing the cable everything was stable and running like a rocket ship

We aren't able to change profiles on FTTC I'm afraid, it would require an engineers visit.
Having said that, your syncing at 69.4Mbps and your speed profile is set correctly (40M-80M) so there shouldn't be any issues.
The IP Profile might increase once you've had a solid connection for a little more than 72 hours.
