Jumped around a fair few gateways tonight and it's still sitting around 9Mbps max. thought it was just me.
Edit: this is on the nuneaton exchange.

I'm in Atherstone just down the road and I've been getting around 10mb at peak since the town finally went live at the start of the month.

normally I'm seeing 40ish, but then the cabinet is next to the house.
