problems after migration

So I had to ring this morning to get my account activated as I reported my status was stuck.
Now I seem to be capped at 8mbit/sec although the portal reports my line speed at 78mbit/sec.
Also I cannot order a static ip I dont have the addons button available.

Everything on your account is set correctly now, the speed profile isn't going to be restricting you and the line details are correct.
I'll have a quick look and see if there's anything else I can spot.

The static IP add-on is available to you, I've just checked on our side and the link is visible so should be to you here:

Ok thanks for the quick reply Chris as I didnt want to be on hold again.
Ordered the static ip.
Purposelly disconnected and recconected my router to activate the static ip.
Aftr I did that speed is fine.

Good to hear, I've just fixed the speed profile on our side as it was too high.

well now its dropped back down again to 8mbit/sec.
It is flatlining there.

I manually recconected ppp again and speeds are back up.
