problem accessing internet at 08:00 this morning (Friday 15 April)

Hi there, anyone had problems about 08:00 this morning when trying to access internet. I was trying to access Plusnet webmail at 08:00 this morning and was unable to access anything. Modem was all lit up correctly ans I was able to access router info OK. I tried a variety of web addresses all resulting a "problem resolving host" message. 

All seems ok now

Hi,

I've been running some checks and see that your connection is dropping out fairly frequently, occasionally but not always for short periods. I'm assuming what you observed this morning was that at a time when you were using the connection.

Diagnostics aren't flagging any major issues but I will still report this with us: http://faults.plus.net ^AW

Hi Adam,

thanks for yr response. I will keep an eye on things for the next few days and see what happens (if anything) at this end.

If connection issues persist I will raise a fault ticket.
