Hi I have successfully been using a pptp vpn with my plusnet. Overnight both machines have stopped connecting. A friend who uses the same service and is on plusnet has also experienced the same thing. Has plusnet implemented any changes this week or updated any settings/firmware to the router? Thanks
Hi there, Sorry to hear about this. We haven't made any changes to your service in a way that could have caused this (or otherwise). Are you both able to trace to the IP of the machine which you're attempting to connect to?
