Hi
now im not sure how this works - but earlier in the week i reported a noisey line,
this line seems to have cleared today and for the last few hours the line has been the clearest it has been in years..
So i am assuming bt got round to something and actually made a improvement on the line
is there any way you can give my bras profile a bit of a kick!
(i noticed you did this in a earlier forum post....)
the only reason i ask is i have a bt engineer visit for tomorrow, and if the fault is cleared, i would then be able to cancel this visit......(as it would be a waste)
let me know what you can do........ my username is knewbold
the router has been syncing at a high speed since last sunday - so hopefully it can be sorted!

slight update,
it seems like i had a very low sync rate during sunday and monday..... from what data i still have on the router it seems like it was suffering....also this would have been during the first 2 weeks of having my line installed, so i beleive (from online research, that bt would have used the lowest sync speed to set my profile as..)
spent the last hour monitoring the line, and its been clear since about 3:10pm
