poor speeds yet again

Yet again im getting poor speeds on my fibre connection . Im currently getting 8Mb when i should be getting 78Mb . I have got onto a new gateway with no change . Is this what i have to expect from PN on most friday nights ?Huh

Not sure where that came from, everything looks alright on both our systems and those we get the profile updates from - have things improved at all since then?
