poor broadband speed

i made the mistake of becoming a plusnet customer in April. In the last 7 months i have had about 6 weeks at most of reasonable broadband speed (being able to watch a movie online without buffering) i have contacted customer services on numerous occasions to try to get this matter sorted out. from what i can work out customer services tried everything they can but sadly failed every time. do you think plusnet are in breach of contract for not providing adequate broadband speed to me and as it seems many other customers as well

Sorry to see that you're still experiencing problems with your speeds. I see you raised a fault on the account yesterday for us to investigate this further.
