poor ASDL broadband

Since an engineer was at our property last week repairing a neighbours broadband, ours has not been working properly, we’ve tried all the fixes listed but still very poor and sometimes no connection.
Not being able to speak to someone about this is appalling, a better service for customers is required.
In these uncertain times when technology is being relied on more than usual it has to be working.

Re: poor ASDL broadband

Hello @Valherkes,

Thanks for getting in touch here.

I'm sorry you're having some trouble with your speeds and I apologise for the frustration caused. On testing your service today I've made some changes to the settings on your line - it can take 4 hours to complete.

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net

Thanks.
