for over 24 hours my plusnet profile has not matched that of BTW

I know it's slightly OT, but is this being looked into Chris? It seems a very common problem that Plusnet's profiles don't match BT.

It's actually quite rare. The reason we do it quite a lot on here is because the script that updates the profiles doesn't run in core hours (9am-5:30pm) so doing in manually is an easy thing to do.
There are plans to change this so it does run in core hours, but we're being extremely careful about it. So,yes we're still looking at it we do want to improve it.

i never have any issues with profile updating, but i never get the required PPP session drop to actually see the benefits.
last twice i have had to manually drop the PPP myself.
