Hi there,
I would but we'd need you to be connected just so we can run a line test to check the current BT profile. It looks like you've been switching the router off for certain periods. Unless that is the disconnection's aren't something you're aware of:

god I wish I wasn't aware of disconnection's
yep my line is still crap, and phone still disconnects it .and as it seems it cant be fixed I turn it off to stop your software cutting down my profile .
bt reporting 3.5 .profile .
I did have an agreement that with chris that my plusnet profile would be left alone (it was just left on 21meg before ).because open reach and yourselves cant fix the line problems .

Do you mean removed from DLM all together? If that was the case something must have happened to reverse that. We would need to get the line stable again before we could put anything like that in place if that's what you're looking for so I'd urge you to raise a fault all the same as the issue appears to be worse than previously: http://faults.plus.net

no Adam ,I just mean stop moving the plusnet profile nothing to do with bt dlm ,that was the agreement because open reach cant fix the problem ,
the line has never been stable and bt wont spend the cash to make it so

can someone please put it back up again (my plusnet profile),and ether lock it (@4 meg)there or leave some sort of note on the system,this is daft .I ve got a line open reach wont fix and now my agreement with you seems to be failing .
I cant even phone you about it as it will crash my broadband !
