plusnet broadband usage meter

hi, could anyone tell me how long it takes for the usage meter to start working.my broadband has been active for four days.ta

A few hours, unless like me, Plusnet don't realise your service has started until you post here 
At which point they will fix it and start billing you.

the sevice started on the 12th oct any they invoiced they same day so they know.we are on the extra 60g but still like to know what has been used

Do you get a "Please try later" type of message when you try to view your usage?
If YES then you may need to restart your Internet connection - it worked for me. Please note this is not your DSL connection - apologies if this was obvious to you.
