plusnet Line speed

My BT IP profile is 2.51 connection speed is2848 yet my Plus net profile has been set at 1.6 which is making my line
even slower this is my second request  please help !!!!

Hi Barny,
It seems that automation hasn't happened so I've made the change manually. If you don't see an improvement in the next couple of minutes, please re-authenticate/reboot your router and all should be good.

Assuming you have a Plusnet router go to here and click on disconnect then connect to drop the PPP session http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/bb/?be=0&l0=2&l1=-1
