plus.net speed dropped to 75kbps from uploaded.net file hosting

what is going on with plus.net and uploaded.net, ive just notice that the download speed is only around 75kbps, where I would be normally getting 2.2mbps download rate.
ive checked with uploaded.net and its not their end at fault, they says its a "routing issue with plus.net to Leaseweb. It's a very famous datacenter. Uploaded.net and Share-Online also have their servers there."
can plus.net look into this please asap.

Could be that silly IWF they use. its nothing but problems. the stated objective of them is good. however the way its implamented is bad. if 1 link is tagged the whole site is proxied.
