please help!

I had a text yesterday sayin my broadband order had been completed,... tried my router but flashing light orange and red broadband light. My internet was not due to be active till Midnight tonight. But on my accpunt details it says my broadband is ready to useHuh Im so confused! Iv been waiting two weeks now so can someone tell me if it should be workingHuh

Hi, I think the orange flashing means it's looking for a connection.

Hang on in there a while, hopefully it'll connect and turn blue soon.

Are you connecting here using a mobile connection?

@Lbrown34165 Those emails are generated automatically on the day of activation, but as you were advised, it can take to midnight (and slightly beyond) for the system to fully resolve. Post back tomorrow if you still have problems.

Can you connect to the hub manager from your computer?

If so, you may need to enter your password there.

I Just tried this , entered password and pressed connect but it just said cannot connect to broadband 🙄

Patience, my friend - as I said, it takes a while for all the bits to come together. If you still have problems tomorrow, post back - although it will most likely be Monday before any Plusnet staff are on these forums.
