Hi there,
Are these disconnections caused by you rebooting the router to improve the connection at all?
<img src="http://community.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image13745034031679.png"/>
If not, you may well have a dropping connection - running through the checks at http://faults.plus.net should help with that. It's always worth trying the connection with the router in the master socket though, and make sure everything else that's plugged into the line is done so through a microfilter (those are a couple of the tests the link I posted will take you through, but they usually do help with connection quality anyway).
Hope that helps.

Thanks for raising the fault ticket, our team will be in touch with you soon with some diagnostics and they'll likely be getting it raised to our suppliers too. Hope things are sorted quickly for you.
