I'm sure this has been asked before, but....
As far as I recall, your +net login is dropped after ?nn? minutes of inactivity and the connection is renewed when you next try to access the web.
I'm sure that it is possible to set the login to be permanent, but can't find the details of how to achieve this.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please....?
Thanks, G

Quote AFAIK Only the Broadband Plus account has an idle timeout
Ah - I was BB+ and upgraded to PAYG, but must still have the idle timeout on my account
The help on idle timeouts says......
Quote 9. Can I opt out of this?
Yes. Login to the Member Centre and you'll be taken to Connection Settings. Simply click on the Idle Timeouts icon and you'll be given the choice of opting out.
However, there ain't no "Idle Timeouts" icon there
Any ideas?

Check your router setting, failing that raise a ticket.

Solved it - I found the setting on the router (3com Office Connect - not very user-friendly interface but got there in the end)
Thanks everyone...
