Just brought the PN profile up to 6500 now. I'm afraid the line still isn't looking 100% so wouldn't turn off interleaving just yet. Have you been rebooting or turning the router off at all today?

Although having said that, after all the problems we've been having with our connection, we've only been disconnected about twice in the last couple of months. I honestly think it's something to do with the weather. It seems that whenever it's really cold, we suffer from fewer disconnections.

BT profile down to 135k, probably down to some disconnects. sync is steady 7616 so if it stays stable it will pick up.

Although you can refer to the closed ticket we will still have to conduct tests again. I imagine the first instance would only probably be helpful once noticeable similarities started to become apparent. The first thing we need to though is to troubleshoot your dropping connection. Are you in the test socket? have you been using extension sockets/cables? have you tried a replacement filter?

2) New Drop Wire, Exchange Work Etc
3) New Modem ( Thomson V8)
4) New Filtered Master Socket ( Plus RF3 Filter )
5) Engineer been out 3 times last visit was told it could be a faulty port.
I feel like everything that can be done has already been tryed.
Problem is not in my home.
Cracking on the line causes It to drop
Thanks Jojo for your help.
