peak time

Is anyone else cheesed of with the peak times being changed from 16:00-24:00 to 08:00-24:00 because I really am.
This is an apaling thing to to to customers especially when it was hidden within the new packages that existing customers were asked to change to.
Let me know.

Re: peak time

Hi Ashley,
Sorry to hear that you're not best pleased with the new product line.  It really isn't as hidden as you think, nor is that the intention.
What product were you on previously?  We should be able to move you onto your previous product should you wish to.

Re: peak time

Hi James,
Please feel free to check my history, I would be delighted to go back to my old account style but I was told that this was not possible.

Re: peak time

Hi Ashley,
I have special powers Smiley
Are you happy to change product on your next billing date?  Would you mind raising a ticket for me and I'll get the change done for you.

Re: peak time

Yes Superman the next billing date would be fine.
Just tell me what to do.
I will be happy to pay the extra few quid that my old account cost.
If you can do this I will change my mind about changeing supliers.
Many thanks
Ashley
