peak time latency humps - back for some

Hi
I noticed last week that my peak time latency had a large "hump" in it (see attached ping).
I was not alone either see 32110's graph.
This appeared to go away over the weekend but was back last night (16/6/14) and I am sure that the internet was not being used for steaming throughout the two hour window.
I am connected ptw-bgn01.
I guess there is some congestion occurring somewhere?

Our products team are looking at this, we're not aware of anything obvious for what you and 32110 have seen in all honesty but we are investigating.
Thanks for pointing this out and we'll get back to you if we're able to identify something.
