There aren't any server side Parental Controls available to PlusNet customers.
The PlusNet UserGroup (more info here http://usergroup.plus.net) are currently trialling hardware which does include parental controls but no parental controls can give complete piece of mind these days.
What are you trying to acheive?  There may be some software that can do what you want?

You could try opendns.com which does not require any additional hardware/software, it is free and only requires a DNS record change.
It is fairly good for a free service, and can black/white list certain sites.
Take a look and give it a go.

We're having a mixed bag of experiences right now, but there isn't a lot more I can say.  The principle and the idea is very sound - and the Parental Control aspect works quite well... but there are some reliability issues we're currently working through with the vendor.
Still, it's up to PlusNet to decide whether or not to take it forward.
