over usage allowance throttling bug?

My connection appears to be throttled for exceeding the monthly usage allowance, but this is the first day of a new billing cycle!
I just looked at the emails from Plusnet and it seems the limit was almost reached yesterday, but while usage count reset today an email has just been sent notifying that we're over the usage limit. It seems like there is a bug somewhere? today's on peak usage was added to last months and erroneously triggered the throttling, which hasn't corrected because this is a new month?
What's going on? Is the account throttled still or is there another reason why it's like dial up?

Looks like something's gone a bit odd here, your usage appears to have reset but it has changed your profile nor is there a note on your account saying that it's reset your usage. We'll get it manually changed to the correct profile now and have a look to see if there are any more customers in the same situation.

Thanks Chris, but it looks like it's automatically throttled again following whatever manual adjustment you made earlier, we have another "You've gone over your usage allowance" email timed at 2:34pm today.
