over 2 months and no reply to my question

What would you suggest when support will not reply?

Have you tried ringing the support number?

Re: over 2 months and no reply to my question

Hi BillC
Welcome to the forum.
If you can post the ticket number we'll happily look to see what happened here. If a ticket has gone unanswered for 2 months then something has gone horribly wrong. A ticket unanswered with the CSC for 2 days is pushing things but 2 months is indicative of something going pearshaped.

Re: over 2 months and no reply to my question

I've had a look at your account and can see the ticket, this has gone unanswered as it is an internal ticket only for us to track your house move and as such does not get looked at by the support team unless the house move fails.
As it completed on the 24th May, nobody has seen this ticket to reply to.
With regards to your question on there, I'll reply to it now for you.
