outside signal

im having a garden room built around 50 yards from the house, the signal is already pretty poor at the extremeties of the house, how can i either boost the signal or find a way to receive a signal outside?  would plusnet supply another router or is there one i can purchase which will do the job/boost the original router
thanks

Re: outside signal

I used TP Link AV 500 powerline adaptors. You plug the small plug into the electricity supply near to your router & connect it to the router with an ethernet cable & then you will be able to plug the larger adaptor into the electricity supply in your summer house where it will act like a router. You can then use it wirelessly or with an ehternet cable.
They are very easy to set up & connect to but if you do have a problem the telephone customer support is very helpful.
