Hello all
Started with plus.net today.. Have been a customer in the past but many moons ago!
Placed an order for the ADSL max premium to increase upload speed, any idea what the following note means?
(internal note) Automatic regrade process: Referred for manual examination of customer contact

Hi there,
It's nothing to worry about, just the ticket being returned to make sure the order has completed successfully (which it has - hope the increased upload is all good )
