i don't know why but my conection date is 1.1.14 after 12pm even if i already got my plusnet router, is there any chances to conect my bb this year?
i realy need it bb for work, and one of the reasons i went for plusnet is promis to be conected whithin a week, my line was active 19.12
can You please do something?

Hi,
It looks as though we've got your Telephone Service connected and an order has been placed for broadband, this order takes 5-7 working days to complete. Unfortunately due to the Xmas and New Year period the working days do not include Bank Holiday's.
Once the order completes, we'll notify you by text message if you have a mobile number saved on your account. We'd not be able to bring the date any closer I'm afraid but if it does finish earlier for any reason, we'll let you know.
