Well they replied saying to do thing with the test socket and I did but I need someone from plusnet to look at the graph and tell me if an engineer visit is needed

You do realise that Plusnet reply to all the tickets in the order they are submitted ? They work through them until they reach your ticket.
How long has that ticket been open ?

About 12.40 or a bit later today you replied to the ticket and then at 15.24 you posted requesting an reply to the ticket from Plusnet

Can someone from plusnet put a note to the engineer that will be visiting my premises on Wednesday 19th February that I live in a flat above a shop called warburtons pet shop and he will have to go through a pair of white doors and up the stairs to get to my front door please because last time he stood downstairs outside and just left a note without me even knowing he was there, thank you.
