not geting fiber download speed

So go my FTTC installed this morning and well

yeah my DL speed is no faster
so anyone know why this is happening

Try rebooting the Plusnet router to see if that makes any difference. It looks like the account profile had dropped.

Hi dan could u please look at my account please I am only getting download speed of 40mb and upload of 20mb my ip profile is 77.3

@ Duckman60 - With your account everything looks fine, are you checking the speeds wirelessly or wired?

i have done both and still getting the same speeds of around 40mb download
