no internet on windows side of macpro

I have a virtual machine on my mac running windows 7 on vmware.  The internet is fine on the mac side but no longer works on the windows side on the vm.  It used to work!
Any ideas?

Are you running your network card on the Virtual Machine in Bridged mode or NAT ?
*edit - too slow - that will teach me to have lots of unread windows open !
