no internet connection

Since activation on Dec 26 I have never had an internet connection. I have tried all the procedures recommended by support, new router, troubleshooter,  phone  calls, etc. All I get over and over on the tech gateway, when I press connect, is connection failed, could not establish link.
I would welcome any tech advice, but most of all.. How do I get plusnet to fix this. There must be some experienced opposed out there with a few tricks up there sleeve OR how do I go about getting my money back. This is like buying a sofa and its delivered without cushions, either its sorted asap or you get your money back. Simple, I wish.
