no email

Hi All,
I have been having problems receiving emails over the last couple of days.
I can send ok.  I have not made any changes to the settings or the pc.
Is anybody else having problems?
I have sent a question to support last night but as yet I have not received a reply.

Welcome to the forums
Are you getting any errors when trying to get your mail, if so can you post it here, or is it that mails aren't getting as far as your inbox?

Have you sent yourself a test email?

Yes I have sent quite a few to myself. 
I have sent to others without any problems.

have you looked on the webmail to check if you can see them?

I have and I can't see them there either
I have just got a reply form support who can't see nothing wrong.
Probably something I am doing or not doing, i expect
