Hi, looks like the connection has gone a bit intermittent unfortunately, with the odd drop out happening. Best bet is to report it to us as a fault at http://faults.plus.net - that'll take you through the tests needed to prove that it's an issue with the line and also raise the fault through to our faults team. They'll then get it tested and raised for you.
