Re: new router

Can you be a little more explicit
Is it disconnections from the broadband - the modem loses connection
Is it disconnections from the internet - the modem stays in sync but the router loses the connection to the modem.
Is the loss of connection between the router and the PC and, if so, is it connected wired or wireless

Re: new router

Hi baccini,
Sorry to hear you're having disconnections!
How long has this been happening? I can see that you've had the router for about a year and a half.
Have you tried a factory reset? If this doesn't make a difference then we could send you a replacement router at the cost of £5.99 for the Postage and Packaging.

Re: new router

Hi baccini,
I've taken a look at your connection and I'm not seeing as many reboots as I thought I would.

Is it just the Wireless that drops or do you lose connection on the Wired PC too? Although your router is a year and a half old, it's unlikely that it's just become faulty. It might be worth changing your Wireless Channel is the drop doesn't affect the Wired Connection.

Re: new router

Hi the wired connection drops as well, I've changed the wireless band a couple of times .It's been about a week now without any connection errors I will give it some more time to see if it settles down. thanks for your help.
