new router?

I am currently using tg585v8 and experiencing poor wifi connection in upstairs rooms.  Does anybody know if the tg582n would be any better.  And if so how do I order a replacement and what is the cost?

Judging by recent postings and my own experience - unlikely.
I'm currently getting excellent coverage with a Netgear DGN 2000. Other posters will no doubt advise on more current models.
