new on fibre unlimited - correct profile?

Hi
Just gone onto fibre unlimited , Openreach guy installed on the 11th feb..but i see quite a few ppl put on the wrong profile...
could one of the plusnet team check that i am the right profile as i am working away from home, so unable to check for the next few days
I should be getting max speed as i previously used to get 20MBit on ADSL 2, so looking forward to max speed as i am less than 100m from the cab

also am i good to go now to change to a fixed IP ? as i havent seen anything from Plusnet to say my line is officially up and running and the install is complete.

Hi there,
I've checked your account and the fibre order and you're definitely on the right profile.
Re a static IP, yes you're absolutely fine to go ahead with that. FYI in case you're not aware its under add-ons on our website.
