new customer waiting for broadband activation

Hi there,
our phone line was activated more a week ago and we are currently waiting for to be notified of our broadband activation - i just wanted to check up on it as it seems to be quite a while.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I've just activated the account for you now.
You might need to manually set your router up by following the instructions below.
1) Go to 192.168.1.254 in your browser
2) Where it says 'Broadband Username' click the change button
3) Enter the router password
4) Click disconnect
5) Add @plusdsl.net to the end of the username and then click connect
