new customer, broadband not live yet as promised.

Morning,
My broadband was supposed to be live as of midnight but still no text or email from you guys. Tried phoning support on 03451400200 but seems to be a problem connecting to that number today. Can someone please look into why my broadband isn't live.

Welcome to our community forums.
Apologies that you order hasn't completed on the day we said it would. There is a capacity issue at your exchange, unfortunately we didn't receive notification for this. I've added a ticket to your account which explains in further detail.
The 0345 number should have been working, could you call other numbers OK?

Yes the 0345 number connected but just got dead air. Other numbers working. Strange.
