I've just migrated into Plusnet from Demon. I was getting 1600Kbps with Demon - now getting nearly 6000 on Plusnet. All good so far! Demon told me there was no problem... 
I like the Plusnet site - plenty of info and a good set of forums too! If anyone else is migrating in, I suggest going through TopCashback, as we got £28 back, and I found a code elsewhere for the first 3 months free too! Bit of a no brainer all round really!

That's quite a speed jump - you must be glad to see the back of Demon.
I migrated from Claranet 2½ years ago, and had no regrets at all. One of the things that swung it for me was the wealth of info on the site and the forums.
