new connection

got a text last week saying my phone will be switched on the 19/02/14 this was yesterday. i have had no confirmation if this happened and was wondering when my broadband will be setup ? and how long this will take as i have not had any updates.

not sure why you didn't get a text about the phone being switched on I had mine switched on today and received a text and email saying it was.
as for broadband have you checked the order tracker in the members centre it's under connection settings, it should say what stage your broadband order is at

it says "An SI order has completed. The details of this are below".  is that the phone line ? anyone know ?

I'm not in the office, at the moment, but SI is a system that we use for telephone orders.
It's likely that the order has completed, however, I'll get this confirmed first thing in the morning for you.

The phone order has completed.
Have you been able to get a MAC Code from your current broadband supplier.

yes i called and gave the mac code 2 weeks ago
